COMMERCIALS FOR AUDITIONING

If you or your child have an interview to see Lang Talent we will expect you to have prepared a monologue (talent over 6 years)  and as well as one of the following commercials for children 3 years and up.

Campbell soup taste great! But a whole can is just to big for just little ole me. So I was wondering, if you could sale me a half a can, You can! Great. Just enough for one.

                                           Pringles  (5-9)

My favorite potato chips are Pringles. I can eat the whole can, all by myself, But Mom tells me share with my brother..... HE’S SUCH A PEST

               LA CASTING INFORMATION

Dear Talent,

  With today's technology, an increasing number of casting directors have begun receiving headshots and resumes online with great success. Simply stated, the future of submissions is the Internet and the system that casting directors have decided to use is LA Casting Network.  As a result, we have begun submitting your headshot electronically via the LA Casting Network at www.lacasting.com. 

Submitting headshots and resumes online will save our older talents considerable money in reproduction costs and it will also allow us to more effectively promote you. With this new system, you can post several of your headshots (both black & white and color) and you will have the power to regularly update your resume from any computer with Internet access. We will have the power to place your headshots and resumes on the desks of casting directors long before the courier services even start their daily rounds.

LA Casting Network has already scanned most of our talents headshots into their system for free.  Therefore the next time you shoot new headshots, you will have to pay to update them, probably in about a year or year and a half from the time of your last shoot.  (Please see price sheet on next page.)

OUR TODDLER DIVISION WILL HAVE TO UPDATE THEIR PICTURES EVERY 3 MONTHS (APRIL 15, JULY 15, OCT 15, JAN 15) UNTIL 2 YEARS OLD, THEN EVERY 6 MONTHS UNTIL THEY GET PROFESSIONAL HEADSHOTS TAKEN AROUND 4 YEARS. We would like you to put a family picture IN, as well.We will then be able to submit on projects that what real families.

we wil no longer be making picture sheets for our Toddler DivisioN. yOU CAN USE THE RESUME IN LA CASTING AS YOUR PICTURE SHEET TO TAKE IN WITH YOU TO AUDITIONS.   (THE black sheet)  

It is imperative that you enter your online resume, special skills, and all of the other information   as soon as possible and fill it out completely, in order for the electronic submission process to be most effective.  Also, while filling out all of your talent profile, make sure to enter your email address so that we may keep you informed of management policies, events and eventually relay pertinent audition information.  Your email address will remain private and will not be used for marketing purposes or sold to third parties.

  Remember the first picture you put is free until June; the next picture will cost you from $25 to $50 to put in, according to age.  We would like you to put a family picture in as well.  This will cost an additional $10 for Children 5 and under and $25.00 for Children 6 and over.

Put your NEW USER'S ID# on the back of the pictures with name, dob, and hair and eye color AND STATE THAT YOU ARE WITH LANG TALENT. You must send a self-addressed, stamped envelope, if you want your pictures back (no guarantee, they said they will try)

IF YOU TAKE THE PICTURE TO THEM, THEY HAVE COMPUTERS THERE THAT YOU CAN USE TO UPDATE YOUR CHILD'S INFORMATION AND RESUME.  THEY WILL BE HAPPY TO HELP YOU.

NOTE: You must log into LACASTING.COM AND FILL ALL OF THE INFORMATION , INCLUDING PHONE NUMBERS, ADDRESSES, SIZES, ETC. PUT YOUR RESUME IN AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. IT IS A MUST! Casting directors will not see kids without it.
